All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. We process orders within the next 48h.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. If you fail to receive an email confirmation from us after 48h (Mon - Fri), please check secondary email folders or drop us an email to [email protected] .
Orders leave our warehouse at 16pm GTM+1 (working days from Monday to Friday).
All orders will be processed the next working day. Orders made during weekends or non working days will need extra time to be handled.
We offer Free shipping to Spain* and in all orders above 125€.

We do not ship personal orders to Russia, Iran, Syria, Libya, Cuba, Guinea, Lebanon and Sudan.
Shipments to Turkey and Brazil would require a Personal Identification Number from customers.

Signature at Delivery is required
EU Orders: No duties and taxes will apply at borders in orders within the European Union.
International Orders: Orders to Non-European Countries may be charged with Customs fees once they arrive to the country of destination. Be aware the receiver is the only responsible for any charge applied to the package at customs.
How does Brexit affect UK Orders?
As you might know, the UK has left the European Union.
We ship from Spain so if you are in the UK you might consider the following:
- Orders under 135 GBP / 150€ will be free of extra charges.
- Orders above 135 GBP / 150€ will be subject to additional costs when entering the UK.
Please note that we are not responsible for any extra charge that applies at the UK border.
UK Returns: If you are returning from the UK, please follow the instructions specified in our Returns Policy or drop us an email at [email protected] if you have any doubts.
We’ve put together this guide to make your return as easy as possible.
All products must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all the labels attached and no stains or scents.
We do not accept returns on briefs, socks, ceramics, soap, gift cards, and our Discount Rack and ‘Second Chance’ Shop. If you have any questions or concerns write us at [email protected]
1 — Register your return:
First you’ll need to register your return by tapping the (Register my return) button at the end of this guide.
2 — Use Returns Card
Once you’ve registered your return fill out the “Put Me In Your Return” card and place it inside the parcel. This helps us match your return to your order.
3 — Follow the instructions
As you fill out the form, you’ll see guidelines on what shipping method to use according to your location. Just follow the instructions and we'll take care of the rest. If you’re not sure about a step or have any questions at all you can always reach out to [email protected]
If you can, please think of us during the returns process and send the items back with love. Fold them a little bit when packing and make sure they’re protected from any external damage. Our packaging is always reusable so you can use it to send the items back.
4 — Quality Check
When your return arrives we’ll perform a Quality Check to ensure the pieces are in good condition. If your items pass the check you will then be eligible for a refund or store credit.
We ask that you return the items in their original condition:
- Unwashed and unworn
- With labels still attached
- Without stains or scents
5 — Refunds or Store Credit?
- Store Credit
We reimburse you the amount you paid for the items returned with the same payment method you used when you placed the order. Refunds can take up to 30 days to be back in your account.
Store credit is issued (+ free shipping) valid for 1 year. The code for Store credit is sent to the email you provide within the Register My Returns form.
To use the store credit, shop as you would in our online store. Apply the code at checkout to receive a discount equal to the cost of the items processed within your return.
If for some reason you have received a faulty product or you have experienced faulty issues in a short period of time, please reach out to us at [email protected] with details and pictures of the faulty item. These things should not happen and we will do our best to make sure you receive our pieces in perfect condition.
