Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.
We process all orders within the next 24-48h after order placement. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Orders leave our warehouse at 3pm GTM+1 (working days from Monday to Friday).
Orders placed outside this time frame will be processed the next working day. All orders made during non working days will need extra time to be handled.

We do not ship personal orders to Russia, Iran, Syria, Libya, Cuba, Guinea, Lebanon and Sudan.
Shipments to Turkey and Brazil would require Personal Identification Number from customers.
Delivery & Customs
Signature at Delivery is required
EU Orders: No duties and taxes will apply at borders in orders within the European Union.
International Orders: Orders to Non-European Countries may be charged with Customs fees once they arrive to the country of destination. Be aware the receiver is the only responsible for any charge applied to the package at customs.
How does Brexit will affect UK Orders?
Due to the still unclear situation with Brexit, all customers ordering from the UK will need to keep in mind the following
- All prices shown in our online store are final prices.
- We ship all our orders from Spain so Duties and Taxes will apply at the border when entering the UK.
- Tax and Duties will vary depending on the total of the order.

Returns & Store Credit
Your first purchase of briefs is eligible for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
After your first purchase, underwear sales will be final.
We do not accept Gift Card, Soap or Socks Returns.
How do I return my items?
For any returns please follow the instructions below.
1 — Register your return:
Proceed to register your return clicking in the Button ‘Process Return’ . Fill the form.
2 — Pack and Ship:
Once you have registered your return, please pack the items well and ship them using your preferred method to the address below. Place your order number and name inside the package. This is very important to avoid any confusion. Return costs are customer’s responsibility. Please ask for a receipt and a tracking number so the package is traceable at any time.

Refunds and Store Credit
Once we receive your return back in our studio we will check the items. Items must be in their original condition, with all labels attached, unwashed, unworn, with no stains or scents.
Refunds: We will proceed to reimburse you the amount paid for the items returned via the same payment method you used when placing the order. Refunds can take up to 30 days to be back in your account.
Store Credit: Once your return arrives safely back to our studio the items will go through quality control to check if the items are unworn, unwashed and still have all the labels attached.
If your return passes quality control, store credit is issued (+ free shipping) valid for 1 year. The code for Store credit is sent to the email you provide within the returns form.
To use the store credit, shop as you would in our online store. Apply the code at checkout to receive a discount equal to the cost of the items processed within your return.
Pieces must be returned in their original condition.
Only unworn, unwashed items can be returned. Items that have signs of being worn, washed, with scents or stains won't be accepted for a return or exchange.
Please send the items as you’d like to receive them.
Fold them a little bit when packing. Pack the items well and protect them against any external damage. Our 100% compostable mailing bag is reusable so you can use it to send the items back.
